NOTE: Renters Will Need To Demonstrate To CLEMONS satisfaction the skill level required for Lake Erie navigation. Rules of the Road, Boat Handling and Safe Boating Practices will be covered in the mandatory short quiz at possession. Renters assume all risk and liability for injuries, damage and loss of equipment including loss of use. Insurance regulations prohibit use of customer-owned equipment.
Rental Deposit Policy: If adverse weather conditions force us to cancel rentals, we will issue you a full refund, or reschedule your rental appointment. If you choose to cancel your reservation, and do so at least 7 full days before your rental day, we will try to re-book the boat. If we are able to do so, we will refund your deposit, less a 15% handling fee. If you choose to cancel your reservation less than 7 days before your rental day, your deposit will be retained. If you re-book (in the same season) we will apply your deposit to the new booking date. It will not be refunded.
